In working with clients my goal is to always create a safe, accepting, and comfortable environment, which is conducive to allow you to grow as an individual. Initially, it is my goal for us to form a mutual desirable relationship and focus our sessions by establishing and setting goals, which we will continue to assess throughout the counseling process. My general counseling approaches are Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Reality, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapies.
